Visa Eligibility & Applications

MRT, RRT and Federal Court Appeals

Skills Assessments

To apply for a General Skilled Migration visa, you must first nominate an occupation that is on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) when you apply and when your application is assessed. You must provide strong evidence that your skills have been assessed and are suitable for your nominated occupation by the relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation. These requirements must be met before your visa can be granted. Our qualified team is able to assist you in preparing and lodging applications for a skills assessment with the relevant assessing authority.

Police Clearances

Our experience team is able to advise you on and assist with obtaining your Australian and complete overseas police clearances. It does depend on the visa you apply for, however the Department may require you or any people included in your application to obtain your police clearances in any countries you have resided in for more than 12 months during the past 10 years.
