Temporary Business Sponsorship (457 visas)
This visa allows for a temporary visa that can last up to 4 years, an Australian business sponsor or overseas business sponsor must provide sponsorship , this is specific to certain occupations and must have certain requirements.
Regional Sponsored Skillled Migration Scheme (RSMS) As suggested in the title, this visa is channelled into this regional areas as the offer of employment must be in specific regional areas of Australia. The visa can in fact be cancelled if the employee resigns within a 2 year period but has lower skill level criteria than the ENS scheme listed below.
Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) This Scheme is a permanent visa however it requires the Employer to be operating in Australia. To qualify for this type of visa, the employee must demonstrate a more elevated amount of expertise than that for a 457 visa.
