Illegal Immigration ‘agents’ Cheat Skilled Migrants

 Your dream is to come to Australia to live, the last thing on your mind is that you may get caught up in immigration fraud. There are so many reports of fraud not only from Agents not being registered to the immigration fraud that comes through with illegal documents.

The Immigration Department strongly suggest to use a registered agent that is registered as only registered agents are actually legally allowed to give any advise in Australia. However there are a lot of sharks out there that are willing to take your money, no matter what the cost to you. As we have mentioned time and time again, never give money upfront to anyone with out making sure they are legitimate.

The second portion of this fraud is document fraud, clients tell their agent that they do not have a certain document or signature only to be told, don’t worry we can organise that. Either a fake document will be produce, production of a fake signature or even a false relationship, which are all highly illegal. What you need to know is that not only is this practise illegal and immoral but also there are serious consequences for proving false information. That can mean huge fines, along with deportation and even criminal charges and imprisonment.

This would surely put a halt to any hope of ever living in this lucky country of ours. If you are a genuine migrant with no criminal history then there is always a change that you are a suitable candidate, but it may mean further study to help secure your pathway to Australia.
